Sorry, I've been busy and failed to post anything on the Patriots' 17th straight win, 31-20, over the Jacksonville Jaguars in their first playoff win at Gillette Stadium on January 12, 2008.
It was a really great game to watch. The Patriots didn't make any mistakes and Brady executed real well completing 15-15 pases in the first 20 minutes of the game. As usual, their offense was great and they just made things happen. Turnovers were the thing. Jacksonville had two and the Patriots did't have any. It is just hard to win when you turn the ball over against a great team like the Patriots.
The Patriots now host the San Diego Chargers Today in the AFC Championship Game with a berth in Super Bowl XLII at stake. New England will face a tough test against San Diego, a team that has won eight straight games and has not lost since before Thanksgiving.
