Dining Review - "Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis"

Located inside Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino, Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis was voted by the readers of Casino Player magazine as the best Local Gourmet Restaurant. Three sizeable dining areas featuring cushy leather booths and dark-wood paneling are brightened by large, single-color paintings and lit by the glow of a wall length fireplace. Custom-designed chandeliers of Czech crystal hang over the booths.
Hank's combines the best of all worlds. A restaurant of impeccable quality, prime steaks, fresh seafood, signature appetizers and unique side dishes - all carefully prepared by a hand-picked team of master chefs. All steaks are corn-fed prime beef and aged for 48 days. Options include the 40-ounce Porterhouse steak for two and the 24-ounce Chateaubriand. For seafood lovers there's a 32-ounce Western Australian lobster tail served with lemon buerre blanc and a host of other daily deliveries.

And, they didn't add martini in the name for nothing. Hank's offers more than 30 different unique martinis, including the Appletini and the Vegas Vanilla. Or choose from the 2,200-bottle wine list. Make sure to save room for dessert. Hank's ice cream butler blends ice cream with fresh toppings tableside. A pianist performs nightly on a grand piano that has its own wrap-around marble-topped bar.You can also enjoy live entertainment at the piano bar for a pre-dinner drink or a romantic night cap. We have eaten here on two occasions, once on Connie's birthday and once on our 36th anniversary. Though rather expensive, this place will set you back about $100/head but, it that's not an issue, the food and service are outstanding.  We give it 5-Stars
