Seasons Brunch Buffet at Silverton

The Seasons Buffet at the Silverton Casino is revolutionizing the traditional buffet dining experience. It features six, live action stations offering an endless variety of all-you-can-eat deductibles. Beginning with the garden-fresh selections on the salad bar to a wide variety of delicious entrées hand-prepared while you watch, topped off with a chocolate fountain and dozens of made-from-scratch desserts, Seasons offers more choices of fresher quality dishes than you'll find anywhere else in Las Vegas. The Brunch Buffet includes some of the largest Alaskan crabs legs offered anywhere and offers champagne with 5 different fruit liquors.

With buffets like this, why I haven't gained weight living here is a mystery even to me. Starting with two peach champagnes, we headed straight to the crabs legs and were served up with what appeared to be nearly a full pound of steaming hot crab with real melted butter. My next trip included some french toast battered in crack oats, fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. Connie had some delicious looking prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed summer squash. My last trip included some of the best Chicken Cacciatore I ever had with some excellent curry shrimp on rice from the Chinese station. We both finished with anothe glass of champagne, some chocolate covered strawberries and a delicious blueberry pie. Though not the best buffet in town, it certainly beats most. We give it a strong 8 out of 10.
