"The Whole Truth" by David Baldacci

Baldacci excels in creating thrillers, and not just well-conceived ones but also those which have a terrifying power to become a reality or in this case, may already have. Image is everything and everything is image - that's the mantra of the perception management firms who not just fabricate the truth but sell the fabrication as the truth. Using this simple yet powerful concept, David Baldacci sets loose a series of events that could bring the world to an end in this book. I liked the story and the concept behind it. The characters are a little shallow, but I still liked the book. The chapters are short and it makes for a very fast read. I give it [3 Stars]
