Opus Too, the student-run dining room at The International Culinary School of Las Vegas, is a unique restaurant with an incredible view of the Las Vegas Strip that features exciting global cuisine. The restaurant features a self-playing baby grand piano, natural light and a fully-equipped professional exhibition kitchen where guests can view students at work. Located at 2350 Corporate Circle, it is only a few blocks from where we live. Everything served at the restaurant is prepared by senior level culinary arts students under the supervision of a chef instructor. It is open for lunch Tuesdays – Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and for dinner 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the Sept – March semesters. The menu includes your choice of appetizer, entree and dessert for $9.95, with beer and wine available. The weekly menu is available at http://www.artinstitutes.edu/lasvegas/StudentLife/OpusTooRestaurant.aspx |

This was the menu the night we went for dinner. Both food and service was very good. Dinner also included a fresh marinate of chopped vegetables too eat with fresh baked heated rolls and a plate of sliced apples with a variety of three cheeses between the main meal and dessert. We can’t wait to go back again. |
