Offering one of the most spectacular views downtown Las Vegas has to offer, Binion's Ranch Steak house is located high above Las Vegas on the 24th floor. "Back in the days" all the beef served here came directly from Jack's own Montana ranch. I don't know if that is still true, however the great prime aged steaks prepared to your liking while listening to our baby grand player piano are still some of the best in town. The last time we visited here we ordered the Lobster Bisque, which they claim is the best in Las Vegas. We would certainly agree, as we though it was one of the best we've ever had, including any that we've had in New England. I must admit that I don't venture out much here and have ordered the char-grilled Filet Mignon three out of the past four visits. Once I got the twenty-one ounce Porterhouse. All have been excellent and cooked to perfection. Though it does not match some of the better gourmet dinning establishments on the Strip, it still has a great dining atmosphere for those times when you just want a great steak and a great view... We think it is one of Las Vegas' best kept secrets.
