REVIEW: Poor writing that matches many of Seagal’s previous movies. Some of the worst mumbling since Sylvester Stallone. Steven Seagal is incredibly terrible, however it is a gritty action thriller, and we are both suckers for “shoot’em up blood and guts” action We gave it a weak [3-Stars].
